Why there is no phone number

We are a small team and we do not run a phone line. Rather than publish a number that rings out to an unstaffed voicemail, we say so plainly: support is email only. Every message reaches a person, and we answer within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday. If a question needs back-and-forth, we will keep replying until it is resolved — there is no ticket that gets closed on you.

Before you write

Include your order number (from your confirmation email), the email address you checked out with, the item name/size/color, and photos if you're reporting damage, a defect, or the wrong item — it helps us resolve things faster.
